Goran Ivanisevic will serve as Marin Cilic’s coach during the week of Zagreb. “I [am] honored,” said Cilic. “Goran and I have known each other very long. I’ve practiced with him since I was 13 years old.”
Cilic will be back in action at his home event this week, just days after reaching his first Grand Slam semifinal at the Australian Open.
Cilic’s full-time coach will continue to be former Ivanisevic coach Bob Brett. Cilic attended Brett’s academy as a teenager on Ivanisevic’s reccomendation.
